In both my brand and web design packages, I have a certain number of days dedicated to revisions (usually around 2-3 days). I allow you to have as many rounds of revisions as we can fit into those days, so the quicker you submit your feedback, the more revisions we will have time for. This helps us complete your project on time. In the rare instance when you need more revisions, additional rounds of revisions can be booked with an extra fee and your project will be rescheduled to the next available slot in my calendar.
Brand Identity includes a full logo suite, custom color palette, and font pairings, delivered in 3 weeks. Brand + Web includes everything in Brand Identity plus a 5-7 page mobile-optimized website in Showit, a copywriting workbook, and training to manage updates yourself, delivered in 5 weeks total. Both include 2 weeks of email support after launch.
The timeline for each package is designed to keep both of us on schedule and get your project completed on time. I am dedicated to submitting my work to you in the allotted time, and I expect my clients to be aware of the timeline and submit their feedback/homework to me on time too. Adhering to the timelines also shows respect to the next client on my calendar. Of course I understand that life happens, and if circumstances outside of your control pop up and cause a delay, please let me know and we will find a way to work around it.
I require a 50% deposit before I start any design work. The remainder is due before I send you the final files and/or give you access to your website. I accept credit cards, ACH transfers, or Venmo.
Having cohesive, professional branding is essential for a successful website. This is why I only design websites for clients who first work with me on branding.
I do NOT offer copywriting as part of my packages. You are responsible for providing me with the copy and photos you want on your site before I start designing. I will provide you with a workbook to guide you in writing your own copy if you would like to DIY it. I will also provide basic feedback on how your copy can work best on the website.
Font licensing fees are NOT included in my pricing. If we choose to use a paid font, you will be responsible for the cost. We can use 100% free fonts (there are lots of options), or we can establish a font budget that works for you. There are many beautiful and unique fonts in the $50 range. A killer font that perfectly represents your brand personality can make a huge impact in your branding, so it can be worth the extra fee.

Yes, on-page SEO best practices are built into every website I design, things like proper headings, image alt text, page speed, and mobile optimization. This gives your site a strong foundation to be found on Google and in AI searches. I'm not a dedicated SEO specialist though, so if you're looking for advanced SEO strategy, keyword research, or ongoing SEO management, I'm happy to point you toward someone who focuses on that full time.

It really depends on my current schedule. Sometimes I have openings right away, and other times I've booked out 4-5 months in advance. The best way to know where things stand is to reach out and ask. If you have a launch date in mind, it's worth checking in early so we can figure out what timeline actually works.
Once your site launches, you'll have everything you need to make basic updates on your own. However, I include 2 weeks of email support in my web design package. If you ever want something updated, tweaked, or added down the road, I offer ongoing design and website support at $90/hr.
I don't provide legal, HIPAA, or compliance guidance as part of my design services. I'm happy to build in whatever privacy policy or disclosure language you provide, but for compliance requirements specific to your practice, I'd recommend working with a lawyer or compliance consultant who specializes in that.
