All Minds Counseling

All Minds Counseling is a growing therapy practice led by Emily, with a team of 9 providers offering neurodivergent-affirming therapy.

the client

Emily came to me with an outdated, DIY website and logo that lacked any real cohesion. She wanted a brand that reflected neurodiversity and a sense of playfulness, without tipping into anything too childish, but as a self-described non-creative, she was struggling to find that balance on her own and knew it was time to bring in help.

the challenge

We started with my brand questionnaire, then spent time digging into her responses together to really understand her practice and her clients. I researched her competitors closely to make sure her brand would stand apart, not blend in. Since All Minds serves neurodivergent clients specifically, I also researched visual and color preferences that help neurodivergent folks feel comfortable browsing the site, so the design itself would reflect the same care her practice brings to therapy. The result was a butterfly logo, chosen to represent growth and potential, with two face silhouettes nested in the wings symbolizing connection and the beauty of different minds. It's a quiet nod to the neurodivergent community without leaning on obvious or overused symbolism.

the process

The finished brand is warm, modern, and professional, with just enough quirkiness to feel true to who Emily is and who she serves. Over the following year, Emily described "huge growth" in her business, and told me the new website and brand were one of the best things to happen for All Minds. She now feels genuinely empowered to market her practice and proud of what she offers.

the outcome

The shape of each wing forms the silhouette of a face profile. The result is two faces facing each other—this could represent a therapist and a client, or simply the beauty in different minds.

The icon features a butterfly, which symbolizes transformation, growth, and learning through diversity. Butterflies, specificially infinity butterflies are a well-known symbol in the neurodivergent community, specifically Autism and ADHD.

"Absolute perfection! Nicole was incredible to work with from start to finish. She was very thorough in her communication and went above and beyond in communicating styles, logos, and website design. I could not recommend Nicole's work enough, she is clearly passionate about her work and it shows. When we received our color palette I already knew her services would make a huge difference in our marketing. When we received our logo I fell in love and could not wait to launch. I feel more empowered to market our brand and services and proud of what we can offer."
